Allow to reset event counter through web api

Description of Patch

Instead of restart motion to reset the counter, I made a simple patch that copy the pause function on the webhttpd module to reset the events counter, the new command is reset. The code is the same as the pause function plus the modified lines to get the new command.

Installation of Patch

Download the patch file. If it is packed as a gz or tar.gz unpack it first. Then copy it to the motion source directory and issue the command (assuming the patch file is called filename_of_patch_file.diff)

patch < EventCounterReset.diff

Then re-build Motion and test the patch.
