Feature Request: Variables for cameraname and user

Description

1) Currently I have to specify the camera name multiple times in filenames, text_ variables on_camera_lost, etc. It would be great if there was a dedicated option for camera name.

2) It would be great to add text_user that will work like text_event only will not be event specific, like text_cameraname it will allow a place for the user to store any other text or values (e.g. sound device for audio recording) instead of having to again specify it multiple times in filenames, text_ variable and on_camera_lost.

Anyway, here is an attached patch against the latest svn to add these 2 variables that I would find very useful and currently patch every motion compile with.
